An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. awclub may impose an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy. Any remaining balance is preserved subject to minimum balance thresholds. Members may reactivate a dormant account by completing the awclub Login process and confirming their identity.
5.1 All financial transactions on awclub are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. awclub does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment instruments.
5.4 awclub reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds, where account activity indicates unusual patterns, or where KYC documentation is outstanding.
5.5 Processing times for withdrawals are indicative and subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. awclub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid awclub account may be reversed to the originating payment method. Members are responsible for ensuring payment details are entered correctly.
6.1 awclub may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, free spins, and other incentive programmes to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
6.2 Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Funds and are processed after Real Money Funds have been wagered, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. The order of funds usage is set out in the platform's Cashier documentation.
6.3 awclub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled, awclub will provide reasonable notice to affected Members where practicable.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.5 awclub may impose maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering periods. Bets placed in excess of these limits during bonus play may void associated bonus winnings at awclub's discretion.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, awclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 awclub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond awclub's reasonable control may cause service interruptions. awclub will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
9.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted, awclub's total cumulative liability to any Member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 awclub collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 awclub will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
